  • How do I book a session?

  • How long is each session with Sean?

    After your 15-minute consultation, each standard session typically lasts 60-90 minutes, including recorded content. Packages are customized for each client and can vary in duration based on individual requirements.

  • Can I get a recording of my session?

    Yes, recordings of sessions are available upon request when done live, and basic overviews are recorded and submitted to you directly for your personal use and lifelong reference.
